Plot Summary:
Arnold Schwarzenegger plays a Russian officer sent after a Russian drug dealer who has at large to the United States and is awaiting extradition in Chicago. Jim Belushi plays his temporary worker pardner on the boodle police. When the drug dealer escapes, the two police must whelm their differences in order to retaking him.
